When dealing with extra-long cargo, SkyLoad iQ will automatically consider using multiple pallets.

Do not need to set. When loading using overhang in the lower cargo hold and multiple pallets loading for oversized cargo, SkyLoad iQ automatically determines the Skid Size to prevent obstructing the rail of ULD locks , ensuring loading compliance.

Sure. SkyLoad iQ will automatically prioritize the loading of heavy cargo to prevent damage caused by stacking heavy cargo on lighter ones. When the weight of the heavy cargo exceeds the maximum floor load limitation, it automatically calculate the extended area needed, the quantity and type of spreaders and lashing materials.

Sure. SkyLoad iQ will automatically determine the Special Load Code of cargo, and apply loading restrictions and isolation measures to it, based on the defined Incompatibility Chart.

Taking a real case as an example, there are 4 types of ULDs for the MD-11F's Main Deck Contour, and it takes 26 ULDs when loading manually. While the Lower Deck Contour has only 1 ULD type, and the manual loading uses 10 ULDs. The cargo includes special handling codes for BIG, HEA, and DGR, with constraints on non-stackable items and specified placement positions.
