After the booking stage, when the cargo is ready for delivery, we will carry out intelligent and automated flight loading optimization calculations based on the cargo information provided by you, such as cargo size, weight, volume, attributes, DGR cargo classification criteria, as well as the aircraft's cargo hold capacity and weight limitations, and destination. This includes confirming the cargo door loading possibilities, determining the cargo loading sequence, and automatically selecting the most suitable ULD contour, type and quantity after considering the cargo hold contour and capacity to ensure maximum space utilization on the flight. In general, the flight loading planning strategy is divided into three levels, which are adjusted according to different time frames to provide the most efficient production schedule.
1. Strategic Plan
Based on the standard cycle and general planning parameters of a conventional flight plan, we can help you construct and compare loading plans for different scenarios. This approach helps you to understand the optimal loading strategy for each situation and provides a valuable reference for future decisions.
2. Tactical Plan
Approximately 48-24 hours prior to flight departure, a loading forecast is made based on the actual flight plan and booked space information, allowing for resource adjustments. Rolling loading plans are generated through automated once-a-day calculations. This helps you respond flexibly to market changes and ensures that your loading strategy is always optimized.
3. Production Schedule
On the day of delivery, based on the optimized results of our tactical planning, we plan for inbound cargo, transshipments and truck connections. Through automated calculations every 60 minutes, the loading strategy is adjusted in time to the prevailing conditions, generating a rolling final load plan. This agile approach to load planning helps you improve operational efficiency while ensuring that your customers' cargoes arrive at their destinations on time and accurately.
